Last weekend was hot, very hot… so Mommy, Daddy and I went to Mt. Olympus in the Dells! We arrived right when the park opened, but there were people everywhere! It worked out okay though because all the “kiddie” stuff for me didn’t require us to stand in any lines. Mommy, Daddy and Baby kept cool by hanging out in the water with me… it was lots of fun! I only lasted a couple hours, so it’s good that we’re close to the Dells… however Mommy and Daddy think that next time we’ll just spend the night so I can go a couple hours in morning, and a couple hours again after nap! Check out some of the pictures and videos that Daddy took!
I also want to say THANK YOU to Grandpa & Grandma Meissner for watching me last week when daycare was closed! I had so much fun spending the week with you, and am ready for you to come down and stay with us again! I LOVE YOU and thanks again for hanging out with me all week (and spending hours building Legos with me)!!
It’s time to start the countdown (if you haven’t already)! Only 30 days to go, can you believe it?! I’m so excited to meet all of you and can’t wait until my big debut!
At 35 weeks, it’s all about my weight! I’m about five and a half pounds now, but am continuing to pack on pounds everyday! Between now and my big debut, I’ll put on anywhere from one pound to several pounds, including large amounts of baby fat. In fact, I was once only two percent fat, but now at 35 weeks that percentage has soared to closer to 15 percent…and will increase to 30 percent before I arrive. Which means my once skinny arms and legs are now quite plump…and irresistibly, squeezably soft 🙂
Mommy and I are doing well too. Next week our doctor will check to make sure that I’m in position (head down) for my trip out! It won’t be long now – see you soon!
